We exist to provide capacity-building opportunities for early-to-mid-career professionals and those with advanced
qualifications who find their university degrees are not enough to secure jobs in the current labour market.
We provide early-and mid-career professionals and young graduates with access to training and skills development that can help them integrate into the world of work and self-employment.
Our programs are diverse as we bridge national boundaries for training
and skills development in under-resourced countries. Our trainees have the autonomy to choose the program that can propel them toward their career aspirations and self employment and we support them.
With our qualified trainers, we can customise training modules to suit training needs based on the individual’s education,experience and
background. Our interactive courses include one-on-one and small-group discussions, case studies, practical exercises, and other methods of training based on individual needs. We invite representatives from different organisations in the associated industry of interest to share best practices and experiences during the program. To ensure learning objectives are achieved, all our training programs follow the Do–Review–Learn–Apply Model of training.
